Process of the competition - after signing up to the competition:
Read through one of our available scripts and create a self-taped audition.
Upload the self-taped audition to YouTube and send us a link to embed onto our website.
We will post everyone who enters onto our website and host the competition there for free.
Niu Studios and yourself will post the page onto social media, encouraging friends, families and others to watch and vote on their favourites (hopefully yours!).
At the end of the initial period, the votes will be tallied and the winners will be announced.
What do you win?
The Ultimate Prize - the actors winning first place will get the chance to act in a scene of their choice - produced and edited by us - to be used in your future showreels and giving you a calling card for potential work and agents.
However, we aren’t cruel, domineering overlords here at Niu Studios either - so we are offering all actors who enter the competition a LIFETIME 33% discount on our production services - including showreel shoots, headshots and acting workshops.
